Postage - Australia

Postage is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. We offer Standard Tracked Postage and Express Tracked Postage within Australia

As a bonus, we will shout all postage fees for purchases over $150 within Australia.

We do our absolute best to dispatch all orders within 48hrs. 

Below are estimated Standard Postage schedules as per Australia Post guidelines:

  • Metro VIC - up to 2 working days
  • Regional VIC - up to 5 working days
  • Metro Australia, outside of VIC - 3-6 working days
  • Regional Australia, outside of VIC - TBA

We use Australia Post and Sendle to post all orders, and you will be emailed a tracking link on dispatch of your item. As per Australia Post and Sendle standards, all items are covered up to $100 for loss or damages incurred in the mail. Please view the policies offered by Australia Post and Sendle for more information about this service. While we take the utmost care to package items safely, we cannot be held responsible once the item leaves our hands and is handled by the carrier. All compensation will need to be organised by yourself (the buyer) directly with the carrier (Australia Post or Sendle).

Postage - International

Yes, we can post internationally!

Postage is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. We offer Standard Tracked International Postage to 220 countries around the world, and all mail sent internationally is carbon neutral.

As a bonus, we will shout all postage fees for purchases over AUD$200 in NZ and AUD$250 for everywhere else outside of AU and NZ.

Below are estimated Standard Postage schedules as per Sendle guidelines:

  • Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-20 working days)
  • Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (21-28 working days)
  • Zone 3 - Rest of the world (25-30 working days)

We use Sendle to post all orders, and you will be emailed a tracking link on dispatch of your item. Returns

We understand the purchasing online can be terrifying. We accept returns on all our items for store credit, less the cost of postage. You will cover postage costs back to us, and we cannot be held responsible if the item is sent untracked/uninsured and is lost in the mail. If returning an item, please ensure it is returned in the same condition it left us. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Packaging

We use recycled or recyclable materials where possible. We use compostable satchels, cardboard boxes and paper tape and label as much as we can, and your order will come wrapped in recycled paper or fabric and twine.

Our compostable bags are designed to compost in home compost system within 3 months. Don't forget to remove the postage label as well as any adhesives, and we suggest cutting the bag up into small pieces so they break down quicker!

And you aren't able to compost, some of our smaller satchels also have an additional strip that will allow you to reuse the bag if you need to.
