What do you mean by preloved?

Most of the clothing on our website are preloved and/or vintage, meaning at some point, she would have lived and loved with another. Don't expected to find any ratty hand-me-downs with old spaghetti stains here - all our pieces are carefully selected, mended and laundered to the best of our abilities before we send them off to their new homes.

All major defects are called out in listings, however do consider that these pieces are preloved and/or vintage, and come with their own stories so do expect that they will not be fresh-out-of-factory perfect.

I see that you have some fast fashion/mall brands?

Yes, we do. We don't discriminate by brand! We do not encourage purchasing new fast fashion and contributing to the economical, social and environmental impacts that comes with it, but if it has already been produced, loved once (or twice) before, and matches the style and quality we seek out for our wardrobe, there is no harm or fault in helping them find new homes outside of landfill.

How do I know it's my size? 

We make educated guesses on all our listings, based on standard sizing, however we celebrate all body types - ain't nobody gonna judge if you're an 8 up with the booty of a size 14! This is why we also provide clear measurements on all our pieces, so please do refer to them to ensure they are a good fit for your body type. The best way to gauge if a piece will fit you well, is pick a similar garment of yours that you know and love and measure them against the supplied measurements.

Do you accept returns?

We understand the purchasing online can be terrifying. We accept returns on all our items for store credit, less the cost of postage. You will cover postage costs back to us, and we cannot be held responsible if the item is sent untracked/uninsured and is lost in the mail. If returning an item, please ensure it is returned in the same condition it left us.

What is postage going to cost me? 

Postage is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. We offer Standard Tracked Postage within Australia, New Zealand, and to 220 countries around the world. All postage options include cover for loss or damage in transit for up to AUD$100.

And even better news - we offer free postage for all orders over, AUD$100 in Australia, AUD$150 in New Zealand, or AUD$220 for the rest of the world.
